Russian aerocar from Voronezh Startup Scienex

Scienex, a startup from Voronezh, has published first images of its aerocar called Flyter, whose testing is planned already for the spring of 2021.

Scienex, founded in 2019, is a company which sees the future radically different, where people value their time and do not accept to stand in miles-long traffic jams, breathing exhaust gases. Instead, they navigate their usual daily routes across the city sky.

To bring this vision to life, Scienex developed a flying machine, called the FLYTER, and a sophisticated AI-based IT infrastructure.

With an overall length of 16 ft 4 in and a width of 6 ft 5 in, the Flyter is not bigger than a large SUV and can be placed in a standard parking space. It is capable of soaring up from a traditional parking space and landing on it carying 2 passengers with their luggage.

Its kerb weight is 600 kg and it is able to carry up to 250 kg. The maximum flight range is 93 miles. The maximum flight time is 1 hour at a maximum flight altitude of 1640 yards with a maximum flight speed of 75 mph.

Based on their official web page, Scienex is planning to produce as many as 50 million of its aerocar and transport one billion people a day. So we wish them good luck!
